First time here last night and it was great! From the Ambiance to the food that was delicious! And talk about the service-Courtney was so attentive to everything, made sure we were ok constantly and did not mind all the silly questions we had since it was our first time at a K-Pot. Recommend 1,000%

We had a great time at KPOT! The food was fresh, flavorful, and there were so many options to choose from. The hotpot and Korean BBQ experience is fun, interactive, and perfect for family night out with OLDER kids. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. It is a little on the pricey side

We had a fantastic experience thanks to our server John! He was incredibly attentive, kind, and patient throughout our meal. What stood out the most was how carefully he listened to and respected the allergy concerns at our table, ensuring that everything was handled safely and with care. He explained things clearly, checked in at just the right times, and made us feel welcome and taken care of. His attitude was consistently friendly and helpful, and his attention to detail truly made our visit enjoyable and stress-free. A very cool place to have your first experience with korean BBQ or hot pot. Staff was very friendly and gave us an intro to how it worked with using the hot pot and grill and how to order more food. Our waiter Josh made us feel very welcome helped us understand how to eat at Kpot. We will definitely be returning here in the future.

First time visiting and will definitely be back again soon. Our server was Izzy and she was great and explained how everything works and made it so easy as to order all the options that are available. Everything was delicious and the service was fast and ordering was easy using the iPad. So many choices it's hard to decide what to order next.

This Korean restaurant in Lakeland is a gem! While the first visit can feel a bit overwhelming, going with someone familiar with this style of dining makes the experience smoother and much more enjoyable. It’s a fantastic spot to spend quality time with friends, especially if you love interactive dining that involves cooking. The highlight for me was the meat selection—absolutely stick to that! The beef was incredible, bursting with authentic flavors that truly transport you to Korea without the need for a plane ticket. The original seasoning is spot-on, enhancing the natural flavors of the meat. I’m already planning my next visit! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to try something new or simply enjoy top-notch Korean BBQ.

Our only regret is not trying this place sooner! Our server was great and everything we ordered was so fresh and delicious. They have a sauce bar and a hot and cold bar. There was such a great variety to choose from, and the ordering process was super easy and fast through the tablet. We ordered a passionfruit lemonade and a mango pineapple orange juice and they were both super tasty. Definitely one of our new favorite restaurants.

All I can say is WOW. I went to dinner with my mother and sister, we had the best time. From the bartender, Alan that took care of our drinks while we waited for our table down to our server Ashton. Alan was so friendly and kind while he dealt with us as we waited for our table and Ashton was very knowledgeable about the menu and answered any questions we had. Ashton recommended great choices while making our dining an experience versus just another random dinner. I will definitely be returning.
